This place was like a piece of home. From the time I walked through the door, Miss Lily made us feel like we were family not just patrons. She was a great waitress as well as a host. The food was great and I'm glad we stumbled across the gem of a Mom & Pop establishment. I highly recommend you give a try, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

This was my second time stopping in, and both visits have been great. The portions are generous, the flavors are spot-on, and the atmosphere is super chill—small diner vibes in the best possible way. The food and drink menu isn’t overly fancy, but it offers plenty of options for everyone, and I doubt there’s anything on it that isn’t good.

A wonderful little cafe offering DELICIOUS meals that will put a smile on your face before you taste the first bite. We came here for breakfast, as we wanted something not in the busy downtown/port area, and there was easy parking and clear signage. We were seated immediately and everything on the menu looked so good. My food was so fresh and full of flavor- just what I needed to start a wonderful scenic adventure day.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you haven’t been to Mandy & Matt's Cafe at 1160 Forest Ave in Portland, you’re missing out! I stopped in for breakfast today after a photo shoot and had one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time — a delicious Belgian waffle with bacon, eggs, home fries, and a hot cup of coffee that hit the spot perfectly. Everything was cooked just right and came out fast, hot, and fresh. I highly recommend Mandy & Matt’s Cafe!!

Stopped by for our first visit with some friends. Had lovely service and delicious food. The apple cider mimosa was delicious. Love the remodel, the restaurant was very homey and inviting! We will definitely be back.

This new hidden gem is one of Portland's best places for breakfast, brunch and lunch! Newly decorated with a bright and cheery decor it offers a good sized menu of omelets, scrambles, breakfast sandwiches and burgers plus specials like beef stew and soups. Great mimosas and reasonable prices! There's also a big bar for solo dining and free parking.

I had the honor of attending their soft opening and let me just say the food is on point! Fresh and flavorful with a nice selection of whatever you may be craving. I had the sausage gravy and biscuits. My wife had the Benedict. A friend had the Greek breakfast bowl with steak (gonna be my choice next time). It's a welcome addition to the neighborhood and we'll be back for sure! Good luck and congratulations to the new owners! 👏
